My Story

“The quote I live by is ‘Be the teacher you needed when you were a kid.’ I want to teach people create their own narratives and celebrate the little wins. I believe that with extra support, hope, tenacity and cheering along the way, the little wins become life changers.” ~Ms. Patricia Medard, MS.Ed~

I am a Neurodivergent Child/Adolescent Behavior Specialist. Here at Gracefully Defined, we offer individualized coaching for parents who are seeking tools and advice to support their neurodivergent child’s needs; courses for further learaning and a development and tailor made materials to reinforce the information. With the tools provided, parents will have an easy to follow plan they can apply at home to foster self-regulation, empowerment, independence, problem solving skills and improved executive functioning skills. While working with Gracefully Defined, we will walk alongside, educate, and encourage parents on the next best steps to help address the problematic areas.
